Marche Multiservizi

In August 2017, GIT (Grundfos Italia) won a tender for the supply of two chlorine dioxide systems to be installed in a water treatment plant in centre of Italy, owned and managed by Marche Multiservizi.

The end user needed to substitute four existing chlorine dioxide generators (Severn Trent).

ISIA proposed solution with multi-injection, which permits to substitute two competitor systems with one ISIA generator.

The multi-injection permits to split the Chlorine Dioxide solution generated in our reactor in two different injection points. The signal, to regulate the two flows, will come from the control room.

The customer required a 100% redundancy, so the solution includes the two systems perfectly identical, equipped with a U-type rector able to generate 5 kg/h of ClO2.
