ISIA Acquired new contract for Umm Al Houl Project

ISIA and Grundfos Pompe Italia closed a contract for the design and realisation of the Chlorine Dioxide Production system for the Potable water treatment of the Umm Al Houl IWPP plant, Qatar.

The Umm Al Houl IWPP plant will be one of the biggest IWPP in the middle east with a capacity of generating 2520MW electricity and 136.5MIGD (million gallons a day) of potable water, and it shall be ready within 2017.

The chlorine dioxide project includes a full customized disinfection system with a capacity of 26 kg/h.

At the completion of this system, ISIA Technology will treat up to 452 MIGD out of 524 MIGD of potable water in Qatar.
